About Us

Catalyst Tutoring was founded in 2025 by former public school teacher Lauren Bradley, who envisioned a better way to support both students and parents. Drawing on years of experience in the classroom, Lauren created Catalyst Tutoring to provide personalized, one-on-one instruction that helps students build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and achieve success in every aspect of their education.

We support families every step of the way, from initial academic assessments and identifying learning needs to homework assistance, skill development, test preparation, and ongoing academic support.

Our mission is simple: to raise grades, build confidence, and empower students with the skills they need to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.

Meet The Team

Lauren Bradley

Founder & Tutor (Baldwin County, AL & Pensacola, FL)

Lauren earned her degree in both Elementary & Special Education, and holds two teaching certifications in Alabama. She is also Praxis certified in Elementary Reading, Teaching and Special Education.

Lauren's teaching career started in the United States Peace Corps. Lauren has taught in multiple countries, and throughout the state of Alabama. Lauren is not only a previous public school teacher, but also a tutor, with her resume including places like Sylvan, Lindamood-Bell and more.

Norine Bradley

Tutor (Birmingham, AL)

Norine earned her degree in Elementary Education from Samford University, and her Master's in Special Education. Norine has over 25 years of teaching experience.
